Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update4.8.2020

Dear Customers

A significant amount of work has taken place behind the scenes over the past few months to ensure we were able to safely re-open our depot on 1 July 2020.  Our Covid-19 risk assessment is in place and staff have been completing additional safety and refresher training prior to returning to work and taking to the road.

Our depot and coaches are rigorously cleaned and sanitised with the enhanced cleaning regimes and fogging processes we have put in place.  It is fantastic to see members of the Bennetts team going above and beyond during the course of their work to ensure our passengers and their work colleagues feel as safe as possible during these times.

We are delighted to be operating an increasing number of National Express services from Gloucester to London, as well duplication work and rail replacement across the country.  We recommend booking your National Express tickets in advance by visiting:  www.nationalexpress.com

We continue to take bookings for our private hire fleet of coaches.  In order to comply with social distancing, we are offering these out with a reduced seating capacity, however, we will continue to monitor government guidance, and will increase the capacity on our vehicles as soon as we are safely able to do so.

For a free no obligation coach hire quotation, please call us on 01452 527809, or email us at:   bookings@bennettscoaches.co.uk

Our reliable and efficient Home to School Transport services are in high demand again this year and we are continuing to accept and process applications for September 2020.  Please email:  HTS@bennettscoaches.co.uk to enquire about availability on our school routes.

We look forward to you travelling with us again soon.

We are Bennetts Coaches

Bennetts Coaches is a privately owned family company who first took to the roads of Gloucestershire in 1962. Since this time we have built an enviable reputation amongst local operators for providing a reliable and efficient service to all our customers.

We currently operate a fleet of coaches and minibuses. Due to continued investment in the fleet, the average age of our vehicles is approximately four years old. These are all maintained on site, by our own IRTEC trained engineers, at our Head Office and Depot based in Eastern Avenue, Gloucester.

"Please could I thank the bus driver of the school bus from Tewkesbury to STRS, who this morning was super helpful and kind to my son. He went above and beyond the call of duty and it was very much appreciated.

Suffice to say, my son will be packing his bag the night before, religiously, from now on!

Thanks again, Best Wishes"
"I just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you for transporting my class and I to the Lyceum theatre. Our driver was brilliant! He navigated his way through a terribly busy London with care and precision and also met us outside the theatre after the performance and walked us back to the coach! Please pass on my thanks to him! A massive thank you to you and your team for providing comfortable and reliable transport for a range of our school trips. I look forward to travelling with you again in the future."
"Thank you very much for making our daughter’s bus journeys stress free! xx"
