I would just like to pass on our thanks for the visit last Thursday.  [XX] was thrilled and didn't stop talking about it on the way back. He now spots Bennetts Coaches and points them out to staff proudly saying "That's the place we went to see the coaches".

He is really happy with the pens Melissa gave him.  They are now treasured possessions.  Please can you pass on our thanks to Melissa and the other staff.  She made us feel very welcome and [XX] began to come out of his shell due to her kind and calm attitude towards him.

On Wednesday 14 Feb at 8.30 pm, my daughter and I travelled to Cheltenham on the 444 coach from London Victoria Coach Station.  The coach was on time, clean, and Marius, the driver, was extremely friendly and helpful.  He was a great driver who had a lot of banter (while being professional).  We had a fantastic trip.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the lovely female driver who has been a regular on the RC 1 school service.

Both my children have commented how nice she is and I know it makes a big difference to their journey.

Our coach driver, Phil, was great on Wednesday!  He took us to Birmingham for Young Voices.  He was so friendly and super helpful.

I just wanted to write and thank Bennetts for a wonderful day out on our 'Mystery Tour'.  Ben, the driver, was so kind and helpful with those passengers who found mobility a challenge and this was appreciated by all.  He also had the patience of a saint when it came to the hold-ups on the return journey.  The icing on the cake had to be the coach itself; it almost felt like part of the mystery and no one expected it.  It certainly added to the air of anticipation.

Unfortunately, our daughter was taken unwell on the school bus home yesterday.  The driver was super supportive, friendly and kind.  She put our daughter at ease, made her feel comfortable and helped her to clean herself up.   The girls tell me that she even offered to stand at her bus stop until I arrived to pick them up.

Please could you pass on our thanks and let the driver know that we are very grateful for her support, care and consideration.

I really admire the drivers, it's a big responsibility transporting 50+ teenagers safely to school each day and as a parent it is fantastic to know that the driver will go above and beyond to look after their welfare and take good care of them.

I just wanted to email you following our trip yesterday and tell you how fantastic Phil was.

He was friendly, professional and a really nice bloke to chat to.

I just wanted to let you know what a very successful day out we had last Wednesday to Shaftesbury and a Jigsaw Factory.

Rob was an excellent driver and looked after us really well.  Although our  journey down was a long one,  the weather was good and we had a lovely comfortable coach, so it didn't really matter.

Unfortunately, although our return journey was made in the dark, with Rob at the wheel negotiating the winding roads it wasn't a problem.

Lovely day out and excellent driver.

My son has been getting the RC 1 school bus for the last seven years and you have been punctual and professional and I would recommend you to any parent looking to use a home to school bus service.

We travelled from Heathrow to Cheltenham on the 19th November.   We left Heathrow at 13.50 and I think the driver's name was Keith.

We have travelled before with National Express but both my husband and myself were impressed with the attitude of the driver.

He was helpful, polite and cheerful which makes anyone's day!

Thank you for an excellent service. It is nice to provide some positive feedback as lately customer service in some sectors is badly lacking.

 

Reference to the coach booking that we had on Saturday 18th November 2023, going to Clarkes village for shopping trip.

We were all very pleased with the coach and the fantastic driving from Colin, he was very helpful,and made the trip hassle free.

I am writing to thank Rob who took our Year 6 children to Bristol Hippodrome yesterday.  The teachers thought he was great and very thoughtful when collecting them at the end of the day by not parking far away.

It was a pleasure for the teachers and the children to go on this brilliant trip.

I am contacting you to commend your wonderful Driver, Colin.  For many years he has taken us on a variety of Coach Trips, and is always outstanding.

On our recent Trip Colin impressed us even more than usual, with his handling of an emergency situation when one of our ladies fell.

Colin promptly and calmly dressed the wound, with some assistance from a Scouting Leader aboard, and between them they applied a bandage that staff at A&E later commented on - great First Aid!

Colin escorted the injured lady and myself into A&E Reception, before taking the passengers home. He was brilliant throughout the day, and especially during this medical emergency.

I cannot praise his actions and manner highly enough. He is a credit to your Company, and I’m sure you are already aware of this.  The lady in question has fully recovered, and wishes to add her thanks to mine.

We always enjoy our Trips with Bennetts, and even when the unexpected happens, we know we are in the best of hands.

We would just like to feed back that both of your drivers today for our trip to Heathrow, Wayne and Phil, were both fantastic.  Very friendly, super accommodating, professional and helpful, which is much appreciated on an otherwise stressful day of travelling and getting nurses settled!

I used Bennetts for a school trip and they are reliable, clean and comfortable.  I will be booking with Bennetts again.

DR1 has the most amazing bus driver ever and it is such a shame to see him leave our bus. He truly is such an amazing aspect of the whole experience. Bennetts if you are reading this please bring our DR1 driver back as soon as possible as we love him lots.

Thanks to our driver for a very good coach trip. Everything went according to plan, and he was very helpful and considerate.

The accident yesterday resulted in a road closure for about three hours and the school buses were stuck right behind the incident site. When I finally collected my daughter after 7pm from Tewkesbury I was expecting her to be tired, dejected and hungry. Luckily, I brought along some pizza for the homeward journey because she didn't want me to drive until she had told me all about the adventure, about how the driver and other children comforted one distressed child and how the bus driver was so kind to everyone. My daughter hardly stopped for breath. Her most endearing comment on the way home was, "Paul was amazing. He is the bus best driver in the world." It must have been a long day for him and no doubt he got home tired and hungry too. I just wanted him to know that he brightened up an otherwise difficult day for the students yesterday.  Please thank him from me, a very grateful Mum.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the coach being on time and how everything went well, and a big thank you to Paul our driver who was excellent.

Colin was an amazing driver, just so good and polite. He was really delightful, he attended to our every need.

Our son has now taken his final bus ride to school (STRS) and I just wanted to pass on my thanks to yourself and the team for the wonderful service over the last 6 years. I can’t think of a single occasion over this time where we’ve encountered any issues or been let down by the service. So, thanks again and keep up the good work.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Bennetts Coaches. My Art group went on a trip to Weston Super Mare yesterday, Wednesday 10th August on one of your coaches. The coach was above and beyond what we were expecting and our coach driver Ben was amazing. He was so friendly and helpful. He helped us get the mobility aids on and off the coach and made us all feel so comfortable and relaxed.

Next time we go on a trip I will definitely be booking with you and asking for Ben personally as everybody agreed he was one of a kind.

We used you guys as our coach provider for a youth group event this last week.

I just wanted to say thank you. The coaches provided were an excellent standard; clean and spacious. The drivers; both on the way there and the return, were super friendly and went above and beyond to help us with loading our luggage etc...!

The communication from your office was excellent when enquiring and making the booking; and again, were extremely helpful in terms of advising sizes, and the price was incredible.

Our young people had an amazing time away - all will have made memories, and some of which will see it as a life changing experience. And that is partly down to you guys in terms of making our travel experience great, and also keeping the costs low for our young people!

Our DR1 driver is a very good and nice bus driver. In the 2 years we have been on this bus we are yet to endure a negative experience. Every day we are greeted by a nice message and every week is a fun announcement. The cards and chocolate to celebrate Christmas and Easter were incredible and a lovely gesture. Every bus journey is amazing and we look forward to having him again next year.

Our driver on DR1 is the coolest bus driver we have ever known. He is amazing and makes every bus drive entertaining. He is very nice. He is a good bus driver. He is smart and respectful and constantly checks we have our passes. His constant ability to remember the children’s names is outstanding and makes their bus journey far more special.

I just wanted to say how excellent your driver Martin is, he was very smart and respectful. I have just got back from holiday and out of the four drivers we had on holiday he was by far the best we had. To top it off we had the electric coach which was exciting.

I couldn’t recommend Bennetts Coaches highly enough.  We engaged Bennetts Coaches to help transport our Wedding Guests to and from our hotel to our wedding venue.  First and foremost, their timekeeping was impeccable, they arrived at our hotel nice and early and allowed plenty of time for our guests to board the coaches.  The coaches themselves were simply amazing. They were modern, luxurious, spacious, and ensured that our well-dressed guests arrived at our wedding looking pristine.  Upon it being time to be picked up and return back to the hotel, again they were ready and waiting and returned us all home safe and sound.  The drivers were great as well, courteous, well presented and a good laugh.  Honestly if you’re looking for a company too look after you, don’t look any further than Bennetts.

I’m most grateful to the admin staff for helping to sort out our short notice booking for tomorrow and many thanks for your help – you’ve all been simply marvellous and I’m ever so grateful.

He was the most amazing guy ever, very friendly, so patient with the staff and children. I needed to slightly change the times and he went above and beyond to accommodate us I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect guy, he was so happy, bubbly and positive, amazing with the children and just so genuine. He helped out so much getting involved with any heavy lifting of equipment and all along being so polite. We will definitely come to Bennetts first after such an amazing experience.

We have been very impressed with the service that your company has provided, our daughter has been on your school service since Year 7 and has only stopped as she now drives herself. It has been very reliable and all the drivers really helpful. I can see that both are relatively new to the National Express network with Bennetts, but you couldn't tell!

Both were ultra-professional, warm and friendly throughout, and did excellent jobs of getting the good people of Cheltenham and Gloucester to and from London. My friends and I were so impressed!

Timings were perfect, the coach and driver were superb. Tricky manoeuvring conditions but this didn’t stop your driver getting our guests as close to the hotel as possible.

He navigated his way through a terribly busy London with care and precision and also met us outside the theatre after the performance and walked us back to the coach!
