Kart Day for Calton Road Infants
As part of our continuing involvement with the local community, Gavin Bennett took his racing kart to Calton Road Infants School on 9th January 2009. The children were allowed to have a sit in the kart which is capable of 145 mph and has been used across Europe with great success, which saw Gavin become the European Champion in 2007.
All of the children had a fantastic time and gave them a great insight into the professional kart racing world, which has developed many F1 racing drivers over the years, including the current World Champion.
